Dear friends,
After installing that OGA patch,
u have install WGA patch also to remove that icon
link is
Download Latest Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) 1.9.9.0 Fix
For me I did that all but with old version files, check link as below for details-
http://www.technize.com/2008/12/07/latest-office-genuine-advantage-validation-16291-cracked/
Denttruck
My OS is XP SP3. Installed your ogacrack file.
The blue star is still in the system tray after reboot.
What’s next?
Kamal
Mr Dentruck,
For removing Blue star you have to use WGA 1.8.32.1
By using OGA 1.6.29.1, the MS Office becomes genuine but blue star remains there. Download WGA 1.8.32.1 from link as below for removing that blue star—-
http://www.technize.com/2008/12/01/latest-windows-genuine-advantage-validation-wga-18321-download/
Shadowchaser
You need to have the latest copy of BOTH WGA and OGA to pass validation checks.
AND as i mentioned before in another thread: Microsoft has removed the OGA v1.7.105.35 from its servers for unknown reasons. Now v1.6.28.0 is delivered again. So i suggest not to use 1.7.105.35 until its state is unclear.
acteon
It seems the thing has worked for me, thanks
cp_ozie
I ran OGA 1.6.29.1 went to the MS site to validate and it said it was successful but the little yellow star in the system tray didn’t go away. I then ran the OGA patch 1.7.105.35 and it displayed a dos window which said validated successfully but still the little yellow star remains and the “this copy of office is not genuine” warning pops up when opening Word or Excel.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Cheers
zenigold
cp_ozie,
I’m in the same situation.
I’ve applyed OGA patch 1.7.105.35 and WGA 1.9.9.0 fix and the yellow star there is no more but the popup warning opening word 2007 is still there.
Ideas ?

Guys,
I finally got the blue star to disappear from the system tray. Like someone mentioned earlier, I installed BOTH the latest OGA and WGA eventhough my problem was only with “Office”. My “Windows” is genuine. Installing the WGA DID NOT affect my “Windows”. So don’t be afraid to install it.
Just want to share it so that it may help somebody else who has similar problem.
My gratitude goes to all who worked tirelessly and selflessly.
Thanks
patchouli
I tryed with WGA and this version of OGA but i doesn’t work
I’m under windows Vista. Is it the problem?
zenigold
well acteon,
I’ve read all the comments again and I haven’t found the solution.
I’ve Windows Vista Original.
First of all I’ve applyed OGA Patch and when I went to MS site for validation tell me that all is OK.
The problem is when I launch an office 2007 application and appear a big button on the toolbar that say to me “this copy is not genuine”.
Then I’ve applyed the WGA patch but with no result.
There is any solution ?
Thanks in advance
acteon
I FIRST applied WGA , then reset , and then I applied OGA.
BUT
I’m afraid I can’t help in your case from my position , because I’m Windows XP and Office 2003.
Shadowchaser
I suppose the problem is that you are probably using WGA v1.9.9.0 crack.
Microsoft has upgraded to version 1.9.9.1
zenigold
Ok probably your supposition is right.
At this point I’m waiting for the WGA v1.9.9.1 crack…..
I hope..
Shadowchaser
zenigold,
google for “SupremoPhantom” and you will find it.
Crazyhorse
Can someone tell me, will using this patch let me download templates from microsoft that require you to download the validation plugin? Will it fool microsoft into passing validation?
I read that you might need to run the WGA crack even if my copy of vista is legit. Correct?
patchouli
Does it works for someone with Windows Vista? I read in this forum thaht wga is only for win xp. What can we do?
Sanix
patchouli, this fix is also for Windows Vista. And it will fix Office 2003 and Office 2007.
Roy
Thanks…
John
I ran the OGA 1.7.105.35 crack then validated my office.
It said it “validation successful” but the icon was still in the tray?
but i removed the tray by access system32 and editing the WGATRAY.exe to WGATRAY.exe1
Restarted the computer and the icon was gone. Also when i open office 2007 it doesn’t give me a notice about it not being genuine.
I hope this helped =)
hugh
just run OGA 1.7.105.35 crack (dont reboot)then run WGA 1.9.9.1 fix.
system will then reboot by its self. ALL FIXED.
great work guys meny thanks works perfectly
cheers
Poop
you can always say your tray to “always hide” the icon. Just open properties and hit it. plain easy
Josh
Thank you John. That seems the best way to get around this issue. My Vista is legit. Office 07.
Ajmal
Hello,
Your magic worked out. Blue star “get genuine office’ icon at my taskbar has been removed by installing both patches… OGA 1.7.105.35 crack (dont reboot)then run WGA 1.9.9.1 fix . restart then….
I love U… mmuuuah
Bernard
Hello,
i read all the comment and I thank you.
However, when I run OGa 1.7.105.35 crack, It don’t kill the OGAVerify.exe it tell me “OGAVerify.exe don’t exist” and it don’t execute all the rest of the batch process.
When I verify in the windows\system32 directory, it semms well that the old fill still exist and have not been replaced by yhe crack files.
How can I go further?
Thank You
Sanix
Bernard please go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine first and make sure it is detecting your Office as not genuine. And then run this fix.
Bernard
Thank you!
I got from the web two files to download :
ogacrack.exe
WGA_v1.9.9.1_crack.exe
I made like Sanix propose, first I went to the site microsoft, then I use the first file ogacrack to fix the OGA.
After the first use of Word, I got the blue star in the notify tray.
I fix it using the second file WGA_v1.9.9.1_crack.
Everything comes well.
I can use Office now like a genuine one!!
Unfortunally, I visit so many sites to find the files, I forgot to note their name and I can’t gives the reference!
Thank you!!

hi, Microsoft has recently released some Genuine Advantage update, that after installing it, my Office 2003 has stopped being genuine, even after re-applying last cracked WGA 1.9.9.1 and after re-applying last cracked OGA.
Is there any solution? thx
Andymac
I have the same problem as acteon, suddenly Office is “not genuine” again. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi i’m running Win XP (leagal copy) with an “not valid” Office 2003.
no blue star att the bottom and no warnings at the start of Outlook or Word.
Had some issues with the blue star att he bottom of my comp like many others & getting warnings at the startup of my Outlook.
Used first the OGA 1.7.105.35 & after that WGA_v1.9.9.1
And look
Thx 4 the help all u guy’s here.
And yes, it helps 2 read all the stuff up & down a couple of times

I only have to try and sort out MS Office 2007 (I run WinXP SP3). I do NOT have the blue star in the Taskbar but an additional toolbar item marked “Get Genuine Office”. I read all the comments here but am pretty confused at this stage. Please help!
acteon
Same case as Midinut.
No tiny fucking tray star, but Word 2003 toolbar about not genuine
Andymac
Some weeks ago I used these cracks, and everything worked fine! But then, a week ago i suddenly get this toolbar that says Office not genuine.
Now I’ve tried to install OGA 1.7.105.35 & after that WGA_v1.9.9.1, but it didn’t help me.
The tray icon is not there, but I get the toolbar on office 2007 (I run with genuine Vista).
Midinut
Well, for MS Office 2007 I just renamed OGAAddin.dll to .old and sorted. For how long I am not sure. Will still watch this thread for more advice.
Midinut
PS the file is in system32 folder
Andymac
@Midinut: Thanx a lot! That worked for me! We’ll have to see for how long, though..

Once you install both latest WGA and OGA cracks it works perfectly, even on the so-called MS Office 2007 Enterprise Blue edition without changing the product key like so many people were suggesting (which I really did not want to do anyway; grateful it worked without going thru the hassle of changing registry keys). It works as of today with OGA 1.7.105.35 and WGA 1.9.9.1
RT30303
Thank you to everyone who has posted questions and answers above, I have found all of your comments very helpful.
As satrap has said, after installing both OGA 1.7.105.35 and OGA 1.7.105.35, the blue star/validation messages have disappeared from the tray.
Now if I try to validate online, I am told that my version of office (2007 Enterprise) is invalid, however I can still download templates when opening a new document in Word (which suggests my copy of Office must be valid). Despite the Microsoft warning, is this the desired effect of the fixes? (i.e. despite being told my office is invalid, I have the ability to d/l templates like any ‘valid’ office owner?)

The desired effect is that when you go on the microsoft validation website (www.miscrosoft.com/genuine) you get the “validation successful”. I’m not sure why you get the response that your enterprise is “invalid” but I suspect you may be using one of the blacklisted serials or a serial from a keygen that microsoft has blacklisted. I would suggest you try another serial from a keygen and re-enter that, validate and see what the result is. As I said I am using the so-called Blue Edition of enterprise that does not require a password and I validated it with the latest OGA and WGA (see above) without having to temper with registry keys and change the serial. But you can still get templates as you said; I was also getting templates before I validated when I download them directly from the application (like Access). It tries to validate, then give you a message that says “counterfeight software” and press solve later and try to download again until it downloads.
I do hope you get to validate your copy though.
RT303030
Thank you satrap, I used a keygen for enterprise that is likely blacklisted (I think called ‘offline vista’). This would be the reason why I can’t successfully validate online.
I understand you’re lucky enough to not need a password for the Blue edition, but can anyone suggest a key or keygen for Office Enterprise 2007 that will work for online validation?
RT303030
David
AVG send OGA 1.7.105.35.zip to virus vault. It reads trojan horse Sheur2.UPJ. Should I ignore this?
RT303030
Yes David – I used both of these files without problem. I disabled the resident shield, ran the fixes, then re-enabled shield.
Maneater
I just tried downloading this OGA fix file and media fire says its not there anymore

Trojan virus
David
wga downloaded without problem but not oga which came back as a trojan virus. Anyone with one that is not a virus?
Maneater
I didnt have a problem downloading or using, however even after validation and reboot my word 2007 is still showing NOT GENUINE
satrap
Peeps; the AV software telling you these are trojans is giving you false positives. They are not viruses or trojans.
Joey
hi guys,
I would like to share my experience with this.
I have a genuine Vista but non-genuine office
Using the patch available from the top help me pass the validation but still the star icon still appear and it’s said that my office is not genuine when I start the program.
So, I went to folder /system32 and rename the file wgatray.exe to wgatray.exe1 as recommended above by John and it did remove the icon after reboot. (Thanks a l lot mate!!)
I hope this information helps saving time for those people who get into the same situation as me.
I waste all my time this morning to fix this and it’s frustrating.
CHeers
David
My experience:
I sent the file to AVG for analysis yesterday and today I downloaded the file OK without any virus alert. The file extracted all right & ran fine. Office vaidated and as advised above, I ran wga patch but now wga came back with the virus warning. I chose to ignore but somehow an error message saying wgatray not working and has to close down.
When restarted, I ran MS Word and the same not genuine message & tray came about. Now I re-ran the oga patch and try replacing the wgatray.exe with the cracked wgatray.exe but didn’t work. I am quite relunctant but I renamed (as advised above) the original wgatray.exe with wgatray1.exe and reboot.
It seems to work fine now.
Thanks everyone. No thanks to MS for putting comsumers through such ordeal.

Where can I find a working Keygen for Office Enterprise 2007?
OE2007
After running the WGA and OGA patches, I get a message that Office 2007 Enterprise is validated….but I am still unable to install certain templates, etc. I am really trying to add on outlook 2007 calendar printing assistant. When I go to install it [calendar assist], I get a message about being a victim of counterfeit software . . . and no luck installing it. I have been succesful in downloading the add on from MS, it just wont install.
Is there any way to “force” the install since the setup file is already in my computer?
Is there anything else that can be done to allow the install of these add ons?
OE2007
I figured out a solution to my issue [above]. The file you get from MS is called CalendarPrintAssistant, if you double click it, there is something embedded in there that checks for OGA. I have a program called peazip which I typically use for RAR files. Anyhow, I right clicked the CPA file and extracted using peazip, which extracted 6 smaller files. One of the extracted files is called cpaosetup_1. I double clicked that file and voila. FWIW, there was also a file called ogalegit_1, which I presume is the file that was preventing the install in the first place.
Nut
I’m a legit Vista user but not for MS Office.
I downloaded all of them but they failed to do anything.
So I just went to System32 and changed OGAAddin.dll to OGAAdin.old
and it’s done!
I don’t get that annoying blue star or the “in x days your MS Office will be marked as non-genuine” notification.
Kudos to all!

NUT, you are right, it is the easiest

hey…
i have a validate office as well as well as vista, though i had 2007 office enterprise which i will use once i get this problem fix. i have deleted wgae.exe file or what ever it is called and this fix doesnt work.. i have tryed everything but still nothing.. i have been able to get rid of the start icon in the bottom bar but i cant get rid of the office not genuine in my office 2007 programs when a toolbar has arrised.. and it is really annoying..
what shall i do?
Patchouli
does someone could find a solution?n It worked during a few days but now, there is another message of alert
satrap
Indeed there is a problem today. I had been doing the validation everyday to check if it was still working but as of today (March, 17 2009) the validation does not pass. Microsoft has probably updated OGA and/or WGA. Be sure the geeks and experts are working on this to get a counter-release to that of Microsoft. Stay tuned to your forums for the release of updates and we’ll sure keep one another posted once the patches are released.
satrap
I can confirm (after checking my System32 folder) that Microsoft has now released OGA 1.7.111.0, which means 1.7.105.35 will not work any longer.
Sanix
satrap, I also think that the OGA has been updated by Microsoft. I’m finding the new version. If anyone gets it, please let me know.
Karlston
Just renamed system32/OGAAddin.dll to OGAAddin.old like suggested earlier and Office 2003 now works without the pesky OGA dialogue box.
Shanojo
Hi all.
Running genuine Vista, cracked office.
Trying to get rid of the ‘marked non-gen’ in my office programs.
I have tried a number of the suggestions above – with no luck.
Starting to worry that all the messing with Syst/32 files is going to back fire.
What is the best way forward?
In lay mans terms if possible – lol.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there.
I just found out that OGACheckControl.dll (the file that has to be patched) has now been updated by MS to v1.7.111.0 so the older crax doesn’t work anymore. Will have to find a new one, I guess?
