Technize – Be Techdated

Later I have posted about how to get a dvd for updates but that trick worked only if you want to download updates for windows 2000,XP,Vista but not Windows 7. Now I will tell you techniques to download updates for Windows 7.

If you have download these updates once you can may need to reinstall them incase of Windows reinstallation.Here I will show you two techniques to do this through two different programs.

Windows 7 Toolkit

Although the program is in alpha stage but it allows you to download updates for Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2 and Office SP2. It also allows you to download Driver Packs and Addons for example sidebar gadgets. The tool has very user friendly interface.

Check the program for updates because the latest version has latest updates.

Windows Updates Downloader

This program already has the feature to download updates for

Exchange 2003

Office 2003

Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4

Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2

Windows Vista Service Pack 1

Windows Vista Service Pack 2

Windows XP Service Pack 2

Windows XP Service Pack 3

But if you have the update list you can easily download updates for Windows 7,

Download the file

After extracting it, copy the ulz.ul file to following directory and run the WUD.exe.
