if any can plz solve my problem. My system is effected with a virus. the indiacations are:-
1. my search option is visible but does not work
2. Task manger option is disabled
3. My antivirus AVG 2008 is unable to run
4. my movies and movie files have are disappered.

first time i was very much conscious about virus

i cant download any tips of software for the fear of virus

but after using ravmon software i feel good

i have a problem . my windows running in normal mode but i installed any programs i hve face a problem ” windows runing in safe mode ” so i cant install software : pls tel any solutions

To remove this threat is easy ,
start-run type msconfig , in startup uncheck mdm.exe
reboot computer
after reboot
alt+ctrl+del in process look for ravmon or mdm press kill process
start winrar browse to c:/ and delete autorun.inf and ravmon.exe with right click .try to browse all your drives with the same way and delete the files (autorun.inf and ravmon) .restart your machine
if you miss a drive all others drives will be infected .
if you are infected and like to format you should format all partitions because a no formatted partitions will infect the others .enjoy
