It is not easy to Uninstall a Device which is conflicting with other Devices. Because these devices can not be Disabled or Uninstalled easily.

1. Open Device Manager by typing devmgmt.msc in the RUN. Select the properties of such a device
2. On the Resources tab uncheck Use automatic settings.

Select the a Resource in the Resource Settings: e.g (I/O Range) and click change setting. Give the value range in order to have minimum no. of conflicting device. Note the conflicting devices.

4. Disable those conflicting devices one by one.
5. In last step Disable or Uninstall problem causing Device
